Im moving to a new adress, can i use my virgin media modem at new adress ?

My new adress has an active vm wire, if and when i take the pc down if i connect my modem, should it still work ?
As its part of my package at my current house with parents i thought maybe the mac adress wouldnt be blocked ?

depens how far away you are moving mate if its miles then it will just bring up the activtion page! so you will need to get a mac address from the area your moving to.
