I have problem with moving my motor. My reciever i SkyStar2 rev2.6c, positioner diseqc 1.2 SuperJack V-Box and actuator motor SuperJack HARL-3612+, everything is connected and wired correctly. Everytime when I try to move motor east or west the motor is moving correctly but only one step, the same problem is when trying moving with MiBi SS2Diseqc plugin and with manual moving by pressing buttons for east or west on positioner. Only one step, no matter how much time is button pressed, when I released the button and press again the motor is moving one step more... I try to reseting positioner to factory settings but the same problem... When I store positions on any number on positioner, saving is correctly the display on positioner is have a number but when I like to move from one to another position, the number is changing to another position number but motor is not moving. Can anybody help me? The motor is new, I don't know in what is problem, on positioner or motor? Or mabye wiring, something with sensors? I don't know :S
sorry for my english thx |

It sounds like you have the wires connected wrong.
+36v -36v ground and reed senseor cables. Make sure you dont mix them up or you may have blown your reed switch in the motor! It doesnt matter if you mix the ground and sensor wires with one an other.

If every thing works ok with your friends positioner, then your positioner is faulty.

Yes, my positioner is faulty, but how to repair it? Mabye somebody know? I think is not very damanged because is moving correct right and left (but only in steps) and stores positions correct (Is store a number of position, and red light is signaling correct when move, store, enable/disable limits, sending raw code, halt motor, and other options with mibi ssdiseqc plugin). This is my positioner SuperJack Diseqc 1.2 V-Box I can't find scheme of my positioner on internet, mabye only little part is damanged and can easly be repleased... Help if somebody know somethnig, outherside I must buy new positioner :S
