channels just went off

was watching setanta then all the channels went off eg service unknown, itv etc work.......anyone know a solution??

scanned several times for channels still no success ,changed symbol rate still no success ,went back to original symbol rate and scanned for channels this time successful ....everything back to normal

rescanned a few times now , and nothing.Radio channels i get but no TV

try what i did change the symbol rate to 6887 scan for a minute or 2 ,exit the scan and change symbol rate back to 6952 scan again i done exactly this and im back up and running again

i rescanned it again, but im only getting around 200 channels come up now, not the 450 before.

Ill rescan it again this evening, but for the moment i have Nickjr2 so thats ok.

i only get 183 and none are duplicated and they are all the channels i watch eg sports and movies etc etc......what channels r u getting ,thats twice and a half as much as me are u sure u dont have duplicate channels

shouldnt be getting any wher near 400chans you must have countless dupes you should do a factory reset then scan

i have eurovaox ex5000 pvr which is not working for a while ..first it use to give message as "NO or Bad Signal" then i read threads abt that problem and went for scan both fast and deep scan.
now after doin that all the channels have been deleted and my box is just stuck on 0000 and the tv shows up a message says No channels...please any help will be much appreciated !!!!

go to menu config select factory default then make sure you know what symbol rate you are on before doing a scan, and also no splitters on your cable when doing it, let the scan finish could take 40 mins for a deep scan so get a coffee or something and wait until fully finished.

Now the problem is if your area has gone to N3 or not, if it has well you know what im going to say put the box in the Bin, as it aint ever going to work again.

Did you receive a new red card from your provider if so you get approx 4 /5 weeks and then the box is dead, i suggest you look at the Kryptview A780 for your channels if you are gone over to N3
