Default Eurovox doesnt work, so should i go for starview

Hello all - I've had a eurovox box for many months and about three months ago I started losing picture quality.

I think the reason is due to my signal from Virgin Media - my internet connection is fine and the freeview channels I get via Virgin Media are OK, but, as I live on the 9th floor of a block of flats, I dont think I was getting the perfect signal.

Do you think it would be any better with Starview? Are there any differences between eurovox and starview I'd need to know?

there's no doubt it's better without the splitter, but even without it, no channel is really watchable
