Eurovox Max Blue - Max 21-04-08 - Channels lost

Hi,

My Gran has a Eurovox Max Blue (genuine not clone) that I updated with the UFL Max Blue 21-04-08 firmware back in May this year. She was complaining that her channels were missing so i went round today and did a power scan to pick up the missing channels etc

When I finished the powerscan, stated the code wasnt updated when trying to watch sly sports etc so left it on sly sports and went out for lunch. Came back several hours later and the channels are all blank showing "Service Unknown" - any ideas?

The box is a genuine max blue, which she has had for a few years. I did the usual checks the before I updated the firmware earlier this year, and like I say it was working fine with the firmware flashed by UFL until today. So over to the experts...

as the box has picked up the TPs you should just be able to do an autoscan and it should bring the channels up
then try putting it on mutv instead of sly sports 1 to update the code.

factory reset the box,,then repowerscan,,

if that does not work,,reflash the box,,then rescan,,
