I used a website called d-unlocker to unlock my old W910i and my current K850i. There is currently no free option to unlock these phones at the moment as they are based on a new platform known as DB3150 or A2 and the only way to unlock them is to pay. Basically, you buy a supreme credit from d-unlocker which costs £20 (they accept many payment methods including PayPal), they will send you a username and password by e-mail within a few hours of receiving payment. You then enter this username and password into the d-unlocker software (which can be downloaded from their website)and connect your phone and it will be unlocked within seconds .

NOTE: You need to install the original and SEMC_Flash drivers for the phone before you attempt to unlock your phone as the computer won't detect it without them.

They can but they usually charge around £25 and it takes a couple of days.

Forget unlock codes, download Aerix and unlock your phone with that. It can unlock many other DB3150 models as well .
