A quick pointer - I've been informed that some news items from third-party sites are being copy/pasted in full on the forums.

Please note this is a copyright violation that could get us into serious trouble and therefore cannot be allowed.

When posting news items from third party sites, please do:

- only copy a couple of paragraphs
- include an attribution link to the source article

This way such items can be referenced through "fair use" of copyright, alerting others to news, without infringing on the copyright of other websites.

Please note that any news threads posted that contain full items will have to be removed.

Just for clarification - I assume press releases from organisations like SES & Eutelsat are still OK?
