Probably refers to a freesat card, which is just a card that allows you to view FTV (Free to View) channels, on Astra 2, without subscribing to S*y.

FSFS = Free Sat from Sky

You need to contact Sky if you want one for your region. If you want 4 HD you will need to subscribe to the Sky HD Package

Below is an excerpt taken from the channel 4 website

Currently the FSFS will allow viewing of Five,Fiver,Five US,SkyThree,and Setanta Sports News.
It also you to watch the daily free to view periods on the following Asian channels:
B4U Movies
Ary Digital
Sahara One
SAB
AaJ Tak
Sony MAX
South for You
Geo UK
Geo News

Something to remember,that new viewing cards are going to be introduced in April,if the rumours are true.
If you buy only the card now,it will be replaced free of charge within the next three years.

From comments of the DS HD subforum much of the C4HD output is just upscaled SD output.

I am told that 4HD is Free, you can get it with a Freesat card or a Sky card without the HD sub.
