I have a small problem with my Starview 3 the box super. It works fine but when I first turn it on in the morning it has locked up and I have to reeboot it. It shows the channels but when I press the favourites menu all that comes up is the heading 'favourites' none of the menus will operate? once reebooted it works fine again. Anyone had this problem?

have you done a factory reset?
