ETVS & BICS channels

hey guys, i spent my weekend playing with a EX5000, Great Fun!!!!

anyway all sorted but... i've found channels:

ETVS10 is basically BBCi red button menu screen. this 1 works fine.
EVTS11-14 is the screens from that menu, although i've a great pic (electric proms atm) i either have no sound or a annoying mono tone! any ideas???
EVTS15 rugby but no sound
EVTS16 more rugby, works fine
EVTS17&18 blank screen

Also I have Channels BICS1 to 30, odd programme on a few, rest are 'updating' can any1 comfirm are these the Events channels (boxing, what was prem plus & so on)???
i have no TVCH1,2 so on BTW

What frequency is the BICS 30 on for you as I can't seem to find it anymore. Thanks. Oh and the BICS aren't live events, they just some random channels like disney, sky movies, sky sports etc.

whereare the live events then, i dont have a 'Sky Box Office & Events' or a "Live Events" or "TV CH" any1 got the frequencys i need? dewsbury area old NThelL

The live events channel will be on one of the TVCH channels (for me its one of the TVCH4 channels). Best way to make sure is one of the TVCH channels will be just black if there isn't any event showing and the epg showing what programme is currently running will be blank. However, the others will show a time on the epg menu.
