Default sattlite tv

hi all can i get this tv on my pc i have a phillips SAA713x hybrid capture device and if so whot sort of program or software would i need to use regards dave

I don't think that card is a satellite card I think its just a tv card so you could get sky on it if you run coax from a satellite reciever to the tv card but you would only be able to watch what was on the satellite receiver.
