Hi guys
is it possible to flash a virgin 250 modem although i am dissconected ?. and how plz

you need to buy a max232 interface to flash and you need to find software that unbricks the 250 as the modem will have taken the alex update disabling the ''p'' option.

Yes it is mate but you will need to get some mac addresses to be able to get the modem online, ideally you need to be online to do this tho unless you got a mate a few miles away who can scan them for you,What you need to do now is look at the haynes guide or the like to understand what you need and how to do it, read it a few times to get an understanding of what is required, also look through the posts on modems on here too,
