I have never done this before, so please be patient.
I have had to buy a usb to rs232 adaptor cable, so that my rs232 cable is accepted by my Laptop. I have downloaded the software (GTRom super 6.00e) is this the right software?. When i connect to the cable box and click the download button,it says error, cannot find file, this is the same on com 1, com 2, and com 4, when i try it with com 3, the download box opens but does not begin counting down. anyone help?
