Ambit 200 Not Connecting.

I have just flashed a 200 which I had lying around.
I used the guide where i was told to use 13.5 Full Stealth firmware and then Sigma x2 1.28 with Ambit configtool now when I press apply with the tftp and config file names it all seems ok, now when I connect I get nothing and when I press get mac the tftp and config file comes blank.

What I'm I doing wrong????

I have tried setting the freq manually.
When I check in 192 I get these errors,

SYNC Timing Sycronization Failure-Failed to acquire FEC Framing.
SYNC Timing Sycronization Failure-Failed to acquire QAM/QPSK symbol timing.

in ambit tool do MANUAL override...
PURE : ANNEX A / TUNER 14 / 402750000 and tick 4 boxes - disable bpi, setmac, overridetftp, cm_annex3 but i had to use 331000000
TW: ANNEX A / TUNER 14 / 331000000/330750000/339000000 and tick 3 boxes disable bpi, setmac, overridetftp

what area u in
rr i see you done that..untickoverride tftp then try to get on line..
allso try 192.168.100.1:1337 then change macs,,,soz thats all i no 200 not my strong point

In the 192 page its not connecting to a frequency its just keeps on changing.

I managed to get it to lock onto 402750000 and now I have this error in the log.

1970-01-01 00:14:47 3-Critical 0x04E33948 No Ranging Response received - T3 time-out
