i have the time set to (gmt usage to off) which then gives the correct time but the epg is showing +1 hour, cant figgure out how to change it so the epg is correct, any clues please?

try unpluging your box at the mains and then plug it back in after bout 10secs. All the times n programs should fall into line.

feel a bit of a plonker, ended up setting the gmt to 0, instead of +1!!!
