Hi guys
As some of you are probably aware there is another new eurovox coming out it is going to be known as the Eurovox 8000HD+ and is a satellite/terrestrial High definition system. You may have read speculation on other forums bit i didnt want to go into it until i had at least the specs of it for you so here they are. Please dont ask me what its capable of as i dont know the full facts, i have an idea or 2 but dont want to speculate, we'll find out soon enough. I will give a review when i test it out soon. Satellite + Terrestrial HD Receiver Compliant MPEG-II/ MPEG-IV/ H.264. 2 tuner combo (DVB-Satellite & DVB-Terrestrial) Compliant DVB-S/ S2 satellite standard & DVB-T standard Output resolution in 480i, 480p, 720p, 1080i,576i, 576p 1 HDMI output( 1.2a) Multisatellite search. DiSEqC control version 1.0, 1.1, 1.2 and USALS compatible. Installation wizard Extended EPG and program reservation on EPG. Just out of curiousity, any idea how much it might be?
Also, i have an exisiting Sky Dish on the side of the house that isnt in use no more. If i connected the Eurovox 8000HD+ to this. What channels would i recieve? |

Lol i no i wont get sky. So ill be able to pick up some of the HD channels for free through is it Astra that the Sky Satellite Dish usually tunes into?
