Power scan Done but nothing

Just flashed the box and then I went to do the full scan no channels at all should I flash again then try to do full install again ?

you dont say what box
do a factory reset then scan

bit more info would help
what model have you got
check in system information to see what S/W is on the box. (Menu/Config/System Information)
what area are you from
did you scan with the correct symbolrate.

sorry guys i was in panic mode

I am from west bromwich the symbol rate should be 131.000

the box is the eurovox ex5000 pvr

I dnt think I did the factory reset and I think should check the S/W

Can I cancel the power scan ?

ok so done a factory reset and now set the symbol rate to 131.000 for west brom

and now currently in the power scan.

your symbolrate will be 6887 or 6952 (I think yours is 6952)
did you flash with the firmware v1.1a

Just in the middle of another power scan its on 8% quality and level

anymore ideas on what could be wrong ?

I have got 0000 on the front of the box is that normal

I just done the symbol rate to the 6952 then pressed ok and its scans

is the symbol rate the only thing i change before i begin the power scan ?

have you split the signal to your box?
