I would highly suggest to anyone who was considering ConsoleUp.com to run away very very fast!
Google ConsoleUp and you'll find millions of unhappy customers (including myself)

DealExtreme is the place for me.

Unless you are bonkers you will get a DSTT card here.

DealExtreme: $6.29 New TopToy DSTT Multimedia Card for NDS and NDS Lite (Supports SDHC)

It will cost $6.29 which is less than a fiver. How can you go wrong??

Maybe I could be called a spammer but when I find a deal that good I tend to tell everybody about it that I can. You will not beat that deal with any other card from any other supplier that I know of.
The R4 is either very out of date or an unknown quantity. They sell them on that site by the way also. There are at least 3 or 4 different R4 cards available on the site which is very confusing and makes me very distrustful of them. There have been other cards released with similar names that have bricked many DS Lites which is why I stick with the recommended cards.
The original R4 did not support wi-fi games and has been discontinued as far as I know. There are literally 100's of different flash carts available now and you have to be careful to make sure you get one that is good.

Fangio.
an r4 card will not brick a ds, contary to what you have read
