Probably by late 2010.

ARD have already announced all their analogue channels (14 of them) will go by December 31st 2010, and ZDF have half agreed to go at the same time.

ARD = Das Erste, WDR, SWR BW/RP, NDR, Bayerisches Fernsehen, MDR, hr, rbb, 3sat, arte, KiKa, Phoenix, BR-alpha

Once the big boys disappear the others are bound to go as well as the audience disappears.

Theres no guarantee of course - any analogue tp contracts that are up for renewal before 2010 are almost certainly going to be refused. SES really need some of that capacity back for expanding the digital service at 19E as HD starts getting ramped up.
