Default Anyone got a handful of frequencies?

Hi everyone. I'm still trying to iron out the problems on my little HTPC setup - the latest one is that a tickback has shown I'm missing a few channels:
  • Watch + 1
  • GOLD + 1
  • Dave + 1
  • Alibi + 1
  • SciFi Channel
  • UKTV People
  • National Geographic
  • National Geographic + 1
  • History Channel + 1
  • Crime & Investigation Network
  • UKTV Food + 1
  • UKTV Style + 1
I'm guessing I'm missing a transponder frequency, but I don't know which one. Could anyone point me in the right direction? I'm on ex-TW in Medway.

Thanks.
