Default Frontpage or Dreamweaver?

Which one do you prefer to use? Microsoft Frontpage or Macromedia Dreamweaver? For those who doesn't know what Frontpage and Dreamweaver is, they are two leading WYSIWYG website design software.

I use both of them. From my experience, Frontpage has a good interface and it is more suitable for beginners. While for Dreamweaver, it has a lot of functions and features that is very useful for professional website designers like me. Therefore, I use Dreamweaver more often.

So if you're a beginner in web design, I suggest that you use Frontpage.

I only have Frontpage (which I never use, I prefer to do things by hand) but Dreamweaver is definitely a better choice! My friend has it, and it is a wonderful, and easy to use tool!

I use Frontpage and I have been using it for about three years. I tried Dreamweaver but I really didn't like it. It was hard so I stuck with Frontpage. Frontpage has many features that I love such as the different modes.

i use Dreamweaver , Its the best tool available for professional designers and developers. It has lots of features and supports languages most of web based and other languages such as php , asp , .net , java , jsp etc. Its little hard at first to learn how to use it but when u get used to this tool would never need another tool.

i voted for dreamweaver because frontpage does insert it's own fp code on your html you wonder it's not your work anymore, but what I like about dreamweaver is it's cross browser functions where you write once and most browsers can view it. it also cleans your code and has previews. easy graphics editing when combined with fireworks and/or flash for animations.

Macromedia Dreamweaver (or should I say Adobe Dreamweaver) has definitely better than Microsoft Frontpage. However, Microsoft frontpage is perfect for beginners.

Definitely dreamweaver.Frontpage has limited capability and seems to be "weaker" then dreamwaever on the database side.

I love the clean code DW generates, and I hate the messy code FP generates.
