Default Recording on dvd off starview 3

HAVING TROUBLE TUNING MY DVD PLAYER IN TO PICK UP SIGNAL FROM THE BOX SO I CAN RECORD PROGRAMMES IS IT POSSIBLE TO DO THIS ? AND IF SO PLEASE HELP

Assuming your DVD can record then yes it is possible to do it but im not quite sure the way about it, i think you connect with scart lead Dvd Recordable player to starview then dvd Recordable player to tv with second scart lead, im sure some member will correct this should i have it wrong...jay
