connected max 232 to webby got p option in hyperterm but when i press d key to flash new firmwere all it says is tftp timeout can anyone help

Also make sure you have set the IP in the network connections correctly and IP when connected to the modem.

Its quite easy to accidently have 192.168.100.1 and 192.168.100.10 in the wrong places!
