Eurovox not picking up anything??HELP!!

Hi all, first post so g'day.

I've got starview boxes and broadband so i know my line is fine but i cannot get anything at all from a eurovox i've just got given.

I'm on vermin in ne england. I have the latest firmware etc, the display just stays on '0000' thruout the scan, the signal quality bars move up and down etc but it picks nothing up?

Any ideas experts?

Cheers. I'll have another bash after i've done a factory reset. Will that mean flashing the new firmware again?
