Hi All
Just got my SV4 box today ....upgraded from SV1....such an improvement. I am however having one problem with recording....I have attached a external hard drive to the box and it is all set up and records fine...however when recording the screen goes blank with the rec sign in the middle. 1 ) Is there any way of watching the show you while you are recording it? 2 ) does it have a feature like sky plus...e.g you can get to to record a film at 8pm with out having to press the record button at the time? Thanks |

Which firmware version and what size HDD are you using? You need to format the HDD, via the SV4 HDD menu, have you done that? Regards watching the channel while recording, yes you can. But you cannot view another channel while recording.
Regards timer etc, it has not got that yet, but may be released on future firmware updates. |
