Default Desktop or Laptop?

If you had to choose between desktop and laptop, which one will you choose?

Let me make a few comparisons between the two. A desktop, of course, is cheaper than a laptop. You can easily upgrade your desktop (RAM, Processor, Graphic Card, etc) while you have to send your laptop to the manufacturer if you wanted to make such upgrades. A laptop is portable, light, and it doesn't takes up a lot of space. That means if you preferred portability, laptop is your choice.

For a student like me, I preferred a laptop. However, a laptop is quite expensive and I couldn't afford it. Well, have to save money for that. So, how about you?

I use desktops because they seem to be more dependable and less amount of problems.. And specs can be normally higher

I like desktops because they are nice and they don't really have many problems. Desktops can easy install hardware and laptops do not. Laptops are good for travelling, but I don't travel much.

I used to have a desktop. Now I own a laptop, I use it all the way, at home and at the office.

Well, I know laptops are portable, but I still prefer desktop ones because they are used to be powreful, it's easy to add more features to them and it's easier to write on a desktop computer than on a laptop.

I currently have a desktop, in which i built myself. I was fed up with the pre made computers in this area not having the specifications i wanted so i built it, and they are easier to upgrade but if i could now i would buy a laptop becuase they are more portable and i can use my desk to do homework.

I currently have a desktop, however I wouldn't mind having a laptop due to portability... They are much more expensive than desktops though, which is why I haven't bought one yet.

If Ihad to choose what i wanted i would say laptop. i mean its like a desktop, but you can take it anywhere. the only bad part is not having as much space, however i do not use my computer for space.

so laptop is the best
