Hi,
Been on this forum for months now but never posted. I read up months ago when i bought a ex5000 and flashed it thanks to your help. Im now after another box for another room. I'm thinking about going for a ex1000 as i dont really need the pvr but would like to know the following: 1) Is it the same menu layout as my current ex5000? (i've become used to it now and would like to keep it that way). Does it work in exactly the same way as my current ex5000 when flashed? 2) Are there any clones of the ex1000? I remember having to check my ex5000 wasnt a clone before flashing it by counting resistors. Is there any worry of getting a cloned ex1000? Thanks |
