Yes cost a fortune to keep the house warm already this year with the price of gas and the crappy weather, why cant they put the price of petrol/diesel down now the price of a barrel of oil has halved, so we can up the global warming a bit.

It keeps setting my spot lights off down the garden.

Agreed - more warm, sunny days would be nice. Also, smoother road surfaces and drivers who move out of the way of bikes rather than deliberately into their way.

British people are great though (once they're outside their cars). What we really need is to swap with France, so we get their country and they get ours. We get nice weather, roads, and easy access to other countries, and they get to be separated from other countries and on their own. Win win.

It's funny, though - when I'm outside of the UK, there is so much to miss. Like supermarkets, chip shops, local pubs, safe roads (compared to overseas), and stuff like that.
