im a newbie when it comes to modems but thought id have a go at changing my mac myself im running the configurater and it connects it says connection established then goes coms error(read) any ideas or help would be appreciated

how have you connected the modem to your pc? "more info plz"

are you just using an ethernet cable... if you are, use telnet as connection type not serial.

i dident know there was a flash out the 255 .....or is it the 256 thers no flash for ?

allready using telnet m8 just says connection established then changes to comms error (read) i am using just the ethernet cable and as far as i no its the 256 no flash yet so im told cheers for the speedy reply guys
