Default Frequency

O.k iv set my box up myself and its working, on the eng menu the net id is set right , BUT the default frequency is different to the one on the /Digital Area Codes 'list'/ Hmmm, what will this do , as im not getting as many of the free channles as my m8 that is only about 4 miles away from me,(by the way im only on the free package) / on the erea codes list ,...were im from nottingham there is 2 different one's it says/ nottingham 1 & nottingham 2/ if i changed the frequency would i get more(free) channles ? or wouldent that make any difference ..thank you

channels go down to card if a box and id

if like a vox, goes to area and software

If its working then its working but should have all freeveiw channels as there free.

When net id sets, freq sets to default which is not necesserally right,although you will get picture set to right one in eng menu.

@ rizlaman yes its working m8 , but im only getting about 6 free channels ? & i know that there is more free channels than that ! how do i get the rest, (what i mean is do i need to change the default frequency to the one in my erea ,) now its set to 643.000, , & on the code list says 755.000 ?

643 is the one a box is shipped with. You need to know your area, any mates in your road to go look at their box?

O.k @ Seamouse m8, looking on the Area code list] there is 2 frequency's for my erea 739.000 and 755.000 should i just put 1 of these in m8 as these are for my erea,, as it says on the list , hmmm i might b wrong but ! ( i can have a look at 1 of my m8's but he a hard man to catch! lol )

O.k guys iv tryed both of them frequency's for my erea & im still not getting all the freeveiw channels, ( when i get my programmer & make a funcard4, "i should get all the channels then shouldent i" )

P.S..........this box was modded about 5 years ago/ worked then all went off .....it got left in a draw,so iv got it going agian, & i just can get the 8 free chans, i dont know if to try & get more why im waiting on my programmer !, any addvice would be very welcome thank's
