I i have recently become a broadband virgin media customer, and i have 2 say the speeds are awlfu and my mate is giving me his dongle connection for free even tho it ends in 6months time. So i was wondering could i swap this service for a phone line instead?

My broadband got installed on the 17th of october 2008.

And apologies if i have posted this in the wrong section.

read ur terms on install,

moaing about speeds? u need to give more info on how ur comiing to this?
you using p2p, getting capped at night, using wireless, loads of reasons why mate

post and we maybe able to help

as far as i know u can cancell service within 28 days or 14 days so you have to check
