Anyone had any problems with the white cable arial cable being too fat to go in the hole at the back of the box?

Can't see how the white cable is the problem, surely when you strip down the cable you can attach it to the connector, and it's the correct connector to fit "RF IN" on the back of the box. Are you saying the cable is so wide that you cannot attach the connector to it. If so as pierrot says you either need to replace the cable or connect via an adaptor to a "slimmer" cable. Good Luck.
