Hello i am having problems with my Eurovox. I am trying to search for channels but it is comping up that my Transponder is non existant.

TP: 000 is what is says on the Power Scan.

Can anyone help me fix this problem.

Which satellite are you trying to receive?

more info,what you using,Cable,what connections have you got on the box,i.e where have you put the cables !
spoon feeding getting far worse lately ,can`t people read! look at the stickies,look at previous posts the answers normally there in front of ya.

Sorry that your so upset over some forums Vermin. And i apologise if i have not featured enough information as i am not tech-savvy.

All of the cables are connected fine, using via an NTL card, and yes it is cable, not satellite.

ok you say you are comnnected using NTL card,have you put a card in the slot ?

hi m8,try deleating all saved info & factory reset before you do a power scan.
