Unhappy I desperately need help

Hiya,

I've just got a Starview Super USB Box and I really don't know how to set it up. I've tried my best and it still doesn't work. Can someone pleeeeeeeeeease tell me what I'm doing wrong.

Thanks,
Kirsty

Downloaded the Bin Files V1.02 and copying them onto a USB stick.

Inserted them into the Box, went to USB and clicked on both the files.
Went to automatic scan and click TW (think this is the right one... live in SE London)

Stops either 37% or 87% depending on its mood. Once it went through to 100%

Went and pressed 1570 and got the screen up, turned EMU on.

Went to Sky Sports and sometimes there's a picture. No sound with anything but the free to air channels and the channels such as G.O.L.D have no picture.

Thanks for your help, I feel like pulling my hair out at the moment.

Have you tried scanning on other providers also? Make sure you carry out initial scan from the direct feed, i.e. no splitter. Have you turned keycode on, menu - type 1570 on remote - check keycode is on.

If you have done all above and still have problems try 1.01.
