hello every one, why I can't get living TV in my starview, I have alla the other chanels, but not living tv, or living tv +1, thank you for your help

not to sure with thease channels (3) things to try (1)look under tv 12 tv 56 for example
(2) some programes do not come on while late scan when they are on (3) some channels go of and others replace them
i am not saying in that order but do some reshearch to when the programes are on and of and you will find them
