Default Eurovox EX5000pvr on virgin media overseas channels

I've downloaded firmware from sites such as http://www.*******.com/account/dir/6...c/sharing.html
and
link deleted - do not post links to the box net site on the main forum

but can only get 280 channels and most are the norm that you get on the top package on virgin.

Anyone know where channels such as ART and POLSAT are hiding? Sky sports news still says "back tomorrow" when everyone at virgin will get it but I expected to get it before this.

Also not convinced If i cancel my sky sports the channels will stay through the eurovox

you will get every channel \/irgin have to offer. Even if you cancel your whole tv package you will still get them, just as long as you cable is live. If you have internet with them then you will be ok.

As I understand it, ART & POLSAT are only available through a satellite dish -and not a SKY one either...

Not sure why you expected to get SSN before anyone else? You'll get it when VM "switch it on".

Everyone else here gets sports channels without a sub - don't think you'll be any different, unless you are pugging your EV box into a satellite dish......
