Tuner is messed up?

Hi, I have found out that my tuner is messed up on my nokia d-box 1 or nokia d-box CN and I do not have any channels on it, I am just wondering if anybody could help me sort it out pls, I would appreciate it very much, Thankyou very much ( I am from bradford and ax ex telewest customer)

Who told you your tuner is messed up ??

Does the back of your receiver have an ethernet port ?? If yes you have a dbox2 that is worth repairing if indeed your tuner is fooked............if no, then you have a dbox1 and you can chuck it in the bin.
