A Cam is a Condition Access Module, and works simailar to a patch, it fits into the CI slot on a satellite receiver.
The best Cam at the moment is the Diablo 2.3 which can currently open DigitAlb 16E, Polsat 13E, Digi TV 1W and Canal Digital 1W.
Cards are just that, a card with a programmable chip, you can get genuine subscription cards, for various packages, or pirate cards, like the MII+, Abracadabra, Kebap etc.. which currently open different packages.
You are never sure how long these packages are going to remain available, whether using a Cam, patch or card.

Go and buy one.

You need a Cas programmer but the Cas 3+ is the most versatile as it programs both cams and cards.
You can also use the Cas 2+ plus and the older Cas 2.

Yes, as it only requires a USB cable.
