Can anyone help me with how to patch the tm5400 please ?

Your best bet is to go to alsat. All the info you need is on there.

I have never used this model but AFAIK the easiest way is to patch using a USB memory stick.

tried this 3 days ago but they still have not activated my account

I also tried to regist the alsat, no luck with the activation. I guess there must be something wrong with their website.

Always check your spam bin for activation emails as they tend to be treated as spam, if your spam is automatically set to be deleted, try turning it off, and requesting another activation email.

Exactly, found the activation email in the spam. Now the account is activated
