Default Scan For Sky One etc

Hi,
I did a scan for Sky 1, 2 & 3 etc.
Not only did it not find them, but I've lost quite a few (maybe a quarter) channels that I had previously.
I set my location, then did a scan.
Any help appreciated.
Thanks
Sam

Done that Paul, checked everywhere.
Actually Sky 1 has just popped up on 'new channels', but I have lost channel 4, bbc 3, quite a few kids ones, mtv, as I said about a quarter of them.
I'm kicking myself now, cos it looks like it they would've updated and shown up anyway, ggrrrr!
For bouquets, I put leave existing.
Thanks!
