Default Slow Response

Hi all, since I upgraded the firmware earlier in the year the box has been working fine apart from Lag, there is a real slow response when trying to access the EPG, it just freezes and I have to wait sometimes upto a minute and then it goes through the remote functions previously entered..

It is becoming very annoying, any ideas??

Oh the box is a MAX 06 blue
thanks

had that problem in the past, not quite sure how i cured it but i did a factory reset and reinstalled the firmware.

so one of them cured it.

not such a big deal as long as you have a cdf backup.

so worth a try.
