Default lost all channels on my dbox 2

can anyone help i tried to scan for channels on my dbox2 last night and didnt change the bouquets seting,so it was left at create new when the scan started now iv lost all the channels that i was geting bout 90% of them and its not showing any info at all on channels can anyone help thanks guys

Is that a dbox2 for satellite or cable ?

Also what image is installed on your box
