Can anyone help.bought a Pace Di4000-N cable box fully patched with both IRD and BK underneath.The problem is,when I swith it on, i get an error 11 and 12.Can anyony help.Its a cable box from a boot sale.

i think they are unable to tune errors but might be wrong

is the net id set for your area??

them errors are to do with net id, means you in wrong area if already done

do a search for error codes i posted them somewhere. You will have to look in the em and look at page 2/3
