Diablo Data bin file

There is a new Data bin file available for the Diablo Cam with updated keys for Sex View.
You can find it in the satellite folder, diablo cam sub folder, you load it the same way you load a new keys bin file.

Still not tried that yet,always wait for the new underworld file.Might be a bit too technical for a old man.

That's what I thought, but decided to give it a go as it seemed I was missing out.

I just downloaded the data.bin and keys.bin files to my laptop, plugged the cas3 in as normal and started studio.

When you put the cam in you go to the same place as when you put underworld in but click on the cam file system tab and press connect.

you then have the pc file system on the left and the cam file system on the right.

highlight the data.bin in your pc side where you put it and press the green right arrow to copy it to the cam side. It will ask to overwright, press yes.

Do the same for the key file.

Press disconnect and you are done.

Sounds more complicated than it is, it's just as easy as loading new underworld.

The last read me file, with Underworld 145, stated that there will not be any new Underworld files for key changes, from now on they will release Data bin files.
It is a lot easier, and quicker, to overwrite the old Data bin file than load a new underworld file, if you have any problems please post back.

Thanks a lot easier than what I thought.Now I am going to look thick as two planks.When you see loads of numbers on the internet as a key change for channels,how does that work as regards as loading them onto a cam?(sorry its my age,bit dim now the grey matter is slowing down).

That's a far more complex question than you can imagine as there are subtle differences with different Cams, and receivers, for entering keys, and some, as in DCW or BISS encryptions sometimes require software utilities like Fausto or PredEdit.

With the Diablo Cam you can enter the keys in a couple of methods, whenever I have had to update a key manually I use this method.
Enter the Cams menu
Enter Underworld xxx
Enter Keys
Enter List Keys Edit
Enter the encryption type the channels that you wish to update uses, e.g. Digi TV use Nagravision 2 encryption so for this package you enter Nagravision 2.
Enter the Provider, again for Digi TV it's 002111 Digi TV
Enter the Key that needs updating key 86 = key 00 key 96 = key 01
Select the option for editing the keys HExadecimal or decimal and enter the new keys.
Alternatively just load an updated keys bin file that someone has already updated for you.
Thankfully as N2 channels are AU, Auto Updating, you don't need to update these keys.

That is how you update via the receiver remote, using Fausto is a little more complex
