EUROVOX EX 1000 SL problem

Hi

I'm trying to help a friend set up his EUROVOX EX 1000 SL box in the London area. He has plugged it in with a clean signal, and receives all channels seemingly, but Sky Sports/Sky Movies etc. are scrambled. However, he can get Liverpoolfc tv.

Does anyone have any advice?

Any help would be much appreciated.

ok, I think the problem is that the box is not flashed. I have a null modem cable he can borrow, but where do I get the firmware from?
