Using TVPACK08 with FloppyDTV x2.

I've had quite a few problems this last week with the guide data going AWOL. I waited until Thursday 'cos I assumed I'd have to rescan to get the new channels back, I didn't as it happened, but re-doing TV setup has got it back to the way that it was.
There's a post on TGB about stopping all the eHome services, then deleting an EPG file and folder, then redoing TV Setup. Will see whether it happens again... |

my guide data always seems to be there ok, but if I set a recording I can't be guaranteed it will start. I think it mainly happens when the pc goes to sleep then wakes up to record.

I was having that problem too over the past two weeks. It started after one Vista install and has disappeared after my last install (still trying to find a reliable, working setup - getting closer!!). The only thing I put it down to is that I installed Vista64 last time and Vista32 this time. The problem occured with 64, but hasn't occured with 32, other than that identical setups. Which version of Vista are you guys using?

I am actually running two setups, both with x32 and it is doing it on both systems. So it is a bug with something.....either the TVPACK, the epg guide or the FloppyDTV drivers I guess
