vista and cable!

well with a week of trying with no joy i more or less give up with mrom,rom studio and wizdoms film wear tool working on vista but managed to get it going very strange.wat i did was make a folder on desctop i put every thing fom mrom,rom studio and wizdoms filmwear tool all in to 1 folder and guess wat,every thing worked it must be some thing to do with the active controls or some thing im not quite sure but it all works plus it does not matter wat mode you are in or if you are running admin coz im doing neither just worked.So maybey if some 1 a bit better at this sort of thing then me could strip the whole thing down maybey there will be more answers but it all works any way.rizlaman
ps to get rom studio working i also had to ad the atr kit fixer support files in to the same folder.I know this is a lazy way to get it working rather then trying 1 control by another but realy could not be botherd after how much hassle its given me so far lol.

all i did was right click on the program and click on "run as admin"

I know it would not ork for me and a lot of people so had to do it this way.
