hi i'm a newbie & this is my first post. i've had a n*l 250 blue small type modem for over 6 months had no problems untill the other day, my modem is connecting to the nework but not to the internet?? it does have the infinite firmware on and now i'm completly stuck don't know where to start because the guy i got it from has suddenly dissapeared! i'm in the nottingham area any help would be excellent. thanks

You need a new MAC address by the sounds of it.
Then use 250_Configurator to access the modem and change the MAC.

To find a valid MAC go to a friends house 2 miles away and run CMSNIFF.exe and capture a dozen or so and use one of those for yours.
It explains all of this in the sticky posts of this forum.
