eurovox no picture, larkhall area

help plz i have tried to put a eurovox max box in my cousins house in larkhall and i dont get a picture or sound but gettin chanel epg. i take the box back to glasgow area and the box works fine.i have power scaned it with freq 6952 but still nothing then power scaned it back to 6887.help help help

An obvious question springs to mind does your cousin have a live cable feed? i.e. does he subscribe to VM for either TV or Broadband?

yes she has vm broadband and tv.i think it is something simple like a setting on the box but dunno what.

will i try and clear all data then do a power scan on 6952.it is finding all transponders and chanels and you are getting the epg at the bottom of the screen.

if you are in twest just install a tw scotcdf and if no channels come on do a auto update and all will be sorted m8 kk
