Gameboy advance dropped? - Techwatch: Satellite TV forums, FTA, Cable, Hardware, & Tech forums

Just look for something for the younger kids, and had thought about a Gameboy - there are Gameboy Advanced on Amazon, but I noticed Argos and Woolies don't seem to be selling games for them.

Does this mean that the Gameboy Advance is in the process of being wound down and finished as a line due to the DS?

If it's in your budget I'd say get a DS lite. My nephew's 4 & there's a few games he really enjoys (anything with trains or dinosaurs obviously). With an R4 or equivalent they're tremendous value.

we just got our kids 2 ds lites they can play the old gameboy advanced games as well

and like u said i thinkl they stopped doing the game boy advanced coz of the lite but they are also coming out with a new ds i think its called
